"How much for my driveway?"
A homeowner fills in your contact form after dinner. You see it at 7 a.m., call back at lunch, and by then they may have booked whoever showed a price first.
For pressure washing, soft wash, window, gutter and holiday-light businesses
Roofline Quotes puts an instant price range on your own website. Homeowners pick their house size, see a price and send you the job, even at 10 pm on a Sunday. You show up to work, not to estimate.
Three quick things. I build your quote page with your real prices and email it to you within 24 hours. You test it. Pay $249 only if you keep it.

The problem
A homeowner fills in your contact form after dinner. You see it at 7 a.m., call back at lunch, and by then they may have booked whoever showed a price first.
Then they "need to think about it." That's an evening or a weekend morning gone that you could have spent working or with your family.
"Call for pricing" feels like a sales pitch. A lot of homeowners would rather see a number first and decide whether to talk to you.
Your website should answer the price question at any hour and pass you a lead who has already seen the number.
How it works
Choose your services and set a price for each house size, square foot, foot of gutter or foot of roofline. You can fill in the no-code setup page yourself, or email us your price sheet and we'll do it.
Add it to Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or GoDaddy with copy and paste. If you'd rather not touch your site, use your quote-page link on your Google profile, Facebook page or texts.
You get the name, phone, address, services, the price range they saw and when they'd like the work done. Each email is marked "CALL BACK", so you can text or call them back from your own phone while they are still looking. Confirm the price on-site and do the job.
Built so customers can't get it wrong
The usual problem with online quote tools is that homeowners count things wrong, so the quote is wrong. Roofline Quotes asks only for things people actually know about their home.
House wash, roof wash, windows and gutters are priced by size and number of stories. Homeowners know how many bedrooms they have. Most don't know how many windows.
Driveways, decks and rooflines are picked from simple drawings, such as "3-car driveway" or "front and sides." You decide the square footage or feet behind each option.
Customers see a fair range, not a fixed price you're stuck with. Your minimum job charge, multi-service bundle discounts and repeat-visit discounts are built in.
"The customers would just get the exact window count wrong so often"
Lights season is now
Lights season is short and busy, and a lot of first calls are just "roughly how much?" Let your website answer that one.
Included in both plans. You can turn off any service you don't offer. Try the holiday-lights sample quote form (a made-up Dallas business, sample prices).
I set it up free, with your logo and your real prices. You test it on your phone and on your site. You only pay if you keep it.
The math
Other tools can show instant prices on your website too, but only on their monthly plans. Here are the numbers from their own pricing pages.
| Roofline Quotes | ResponsiBid | QuoteIQ | Plain contact form | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cheapest plan with instant quotes on your website | $149 once (DIY) or $249 once after free setup, only if you keep it | $179/month, Scaling plan. The free plan doesn't include website quoting.1 | $299.99/month, Elite plan. InstaQuote is only on Elite and Max.2 | $0, but customers never see a price |
| Setup | Free. We set it up within 24 hours with your prices, or you do it yourself on the setup page | Separate setup fee, not listed on the pricing page. Users have reported about $400–$600.1,3 | Self-serve with a 14-day free trial2 | None |
| First-year cost | $149–$249 | $2,148 plus the setup fee | $3,599.88 billed monthly, or $2,999.99 billed annually | $0, plus the after-hours leads that go cold |
| Monthly fee | None | Yes | Yes | None |
| Also a CRM, scheduler and invoicing tool | No. It does one job: quotes and leads. | Yes: CRM connections, follow-up and scheduling | Yes: a full field-service suite | No |
Swipe the table sideways to see all columns.
If you want one app to run scheduling, invoicing, crews and follow-up texts, a full CRM like those above is worth its monthly fee. Roofline Quotes is for owners who already have a way to run jobs and just want their website to quote and capture leads, without another monthly bill.
Pricing
$249 one time is less than two months of ResponsiBid's cheapest website-quoting plan, and with done-for-you you don't pay a cent until it's working on your site.

One time, after you've tested it on your site. No card to start.
For owners who like to set things up themselves
You can try the no-code setup page before you buy.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card statement may show “Little Worlds”, my registered business name. Charged in USD. Some US banks add a small international-transaction fee.
Questions
Yes. You paste one embed code into your builder's embed block: "Embed HTML" on Wix, a Code Block on Squarespace, a Custom HTML block on WordPress, or the HTML section on GoDaddy. If your plan doesn't allow embeds, add a "Get an instant quote" button that links to your quote page. With done-for-you, I send the exact steps for your builder, and you test it there before you pay.
Update them on your setup page and the new prices show up on your site. You don't need to touch the embed code again. On Done-for-you, you can also email us the change and we'll make it.
To your email inbox. Each lead includes the customer's name, phone, email, address, services, the price range they saw, line items and preferred date. You can also send every lead to a Google Sheet you own. The email subject starts with "CALL BACK:" and the customer's name or number, so you can reply fast. The widget does not text customers itself: it tells them you will text or call back, and you do that from your own phone. They can also tap to call you, and they get a booking button only if you add a booking link.
No. Customers see a range, and every quote says "final price confirmed on-site." You set how wide the range is, plus your minimum job charge.
That's why the quote is a range and why it asks about bedrooms, stories and pictures instead of counts and measurements. It gets most homeowners close, and you still confirm on-site.
Yes. Send your website and services, and I build your quote page with your prices within 24 hours. You put it on your site and test it. If you keep it, I send you a $249 payment link. If you don't, delete the code and you owe nothing. That's one payment: no subscription, nothing renews. The trade-off is that it isn't a CRM. It quotes, captures the lead and gets out of your way.
Email me within 14 days of paying and I'll refund the full amount to your card. You don't need to give a reason. On done-for-you, that's on top of testing it free first.
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a card payment company. Your card statement may show "Little Worlds", my registered business name in India. You're charged in USD. Some US banks add a small international-transaction fee, so check with yours if that matters to you.
The quote page is a set of static files on Vercel's hosting, with no database and no app of mine to keep running day to day. Leads go from the form straight to your email. And on done-for-you you only pay after you've seen it working on your own site.
Not yet. Roofline Quotes is new, so you won't see testimonials or logos here. That's why you can try the live demo above, and why done-for-you is set up free on your site, so you only pay if it works for you.
A note from the founder
Hi, I'm Shubham Chavan. I'm a no-code developer in Pune, India, and I build web apps for clients.
I built Roofline Quotes after reading forum threads where window cleaners and pressure washers talked about online quote tools. Three complaints kept coming up: the monthly bill, paying extra for setup, and customers getting the window count wrong. The fix seemed simple to me: price by things homeowners actually know, show a range, and charge once.
Since we're new, there's no wall of reviews here. What I can offer instead is a live demo you can try, a free setup on your own site with your real prices, and you pay only if you keep it, with a 14-day refund after that. You'll deal with me directly.
One more thing: I'm in India, so your evening is my morning. If you send your website tonight, I'll be building your quote form while you sleep. Payments go through Razorpay under my registered business name, Little Worlds, so that's the name you may see on your card statement.
